Piracy is the term used to describe the unlawful act of making copies of software and also infringes copyright. 

1. The intellectual property contained in the software is the property of The CAD Trust.
2. All source code remains the intellectual property of The CAD Trust.
3. All Software source code developed and designed by CAD, Computers and Design and outsource agents remains the intellectual property of The CAD Trust.
4. This software is protected by copyright law and international treaties, unauthorised reproduction or distribution of this program, or any portion of it, may result in severe civil and criminal penalties, and will be prosecuted to maximum extent possible under law.
5. Copyright Infringement is a Criminal Offence, punishable by serious fines and possibly even imprisonment.
